HB2021 HFA Sponaugle, Pushkin, Hornbuckle & Fluharty 3-3  

            Delegates Sponaugle, Pushkin, Hornbuckle, Fluharty, Eldridge, Marcum and Rodighiero moves to amend the bill on page 4, section 6, line 45, following the period, by inserting the following: “If a parent is declared ineligible for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program by failure to pass a drug test, a site visit from Child Protective Services shall take place within 48 hours of the failed test, followed by a report detailing recommended action, which shall be compiled within 14 days of the site visit by Child Protective Services.”
